How language-course pricing works

Check whether tuition is quoted per lesson, week, term, level or complete course. Record the lesson length and weekly hours before comparing two prices.

Ask about registration, placement tests, books, materials, examinations, certificates and taxes. A low headline rate may exclude required charges.

For study abroad, add accommodation, deposits, transport, insurance, visa-related costs and everyday living expenses. Exchange-rate movement can change the final budget.

Long-stay and advance-payment discounts may have stricter cancellation or deferral terms. Confirm which price applies to your dates and status.

Before paying, ask the provider for the currency, total due, payment schedule, refund terms and what happens if an intake changes.
